Website purpose
This site describes our consulting offers, shares notes, and collects enquiry forms. It does not provide software hosting, payment processing, or a live analytics product.
Enquiries and statements of work
Sending a form does not create a contract. Paid work begins only after both parties accept a written statement of work that states scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables.
Informational pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting points for budgeting. They are not offers to sell and do not include online checkout.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original writing belong to webplatfuse unless noted otherwise. Client deliverables transfer according to the statement of work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.
Limitation of liability
We provide website content in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made solely from public pages without a signed engagement. Consulting liability, if any, is limited as stated in the applicable statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
