  • Do you sell an analytics product?

    No. webplatfuse is a consulting studio. We work inside the tools you already use — designing events, reading funnels, and installing review habits.

  • Where do engagements happen?

    We are based in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, and work remotely across Korea with optional on-site workshops when travel makes sense for the team.

  • Is pricing on the site a checkout price?

    No. Figures are informational starting points. Final scope and fees follow a short discovery note — there is no online payment on this site.

  • What do you need before a funnel study?

    Access to your analytics project (read-only is fine), a short product walkthrough, and the decision you want the study to support.

  • Can you implement tracking in our codebase?

    We write engineering-ready backlog items and pair on reviews. Deep implementation stays with your engineers unless we agree otherwise in the statement of work.

  • How do refunds work?
